Shipping policy

BEDHACKER currently ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from third-party fulfillment locations in the United States.

Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping is $8.00 and is free for orders of $99 or more after discounts and before taxes. Standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days. Express shipping, when available at checkout, is $15.00 and is generally delivered in 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, and preorder availability may affect delivery dates.

Preorders

Preorder product pages display an estimated shipping window. If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, items may ship separately.

Addresses and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Email support@bedhacker.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows delivery but a package cannot be located, first check with household members, neighbors, the building manager, and the carrier. Report lost or damaged shipments within 7 days of the expected or recorded delivery date.
