Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

For a change-of-mind return, bedding and other textile products must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, odors, hair, and damage, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories. Packaging may be opened for inspection, but products that have been used or washed are not eligible for a change-of-mind return for hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, BEDHACKER will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Do not send a return to any warehouse without authorization. Email support@bedhacker.com first for instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be delayed or rejected.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Final-sale items, gift cards, and products marked non-returnable are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 2 hours after an order is placed. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the return procedure above.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment begins unless the product page clearly states a different lawful rule.

90-Day Limited Product Warranty

BEDHACKER provides a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects beginning on the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear, pilling within normal textile tolerances, misuse, accidental damage, improper washing or drying, stains, chemical discoloration, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow care instructions. Proof of purchase and photos or video may be required.
