Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8.00 and is free on orders of $99 or more after discounts and before taxes. Express shipping, when available, is $15.00.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days and Express delivery is generally 1–2 business days after processing. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and preorder timing may affect delivery.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us within 2 hours after placing the order. We will try to help before fulfillment starts, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

What is your return window?

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, clean, undamaged, and include original packaging and accessories. Opened packaging is acceptable for inspection, but used or washed bedding cannot be returned for change of mind.

Who pays return shipping?

BEDHACKER covers reasonable return shipping for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Do products have a warranty?

Yes. BEDHACKER provides a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects beginning on the delivery date. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, stains, and improper care are not covered.

Do you offer preorders?

Yes. A preorder product page will show its estimated shipping window. Preorders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins unless the product page states a different lawful rule.
